Next Car Game: Wreckfest [Early Access] - Speedway Figure 8 with Euro Coupe - YouTube xenofoxx

The development of Next Car Game, now called Wreckfest, has been slow. However I think Bugbear just wants the game to be as good as it can be, and are spending a lot of time with their physics engine. It's still pretty-much a working prototype at this point, but I'm a patient gamer who doesn't mine the wait. Here's a recent update with a new vehicle and a new track. I really like how this game is shaping up.

Space Engineers - Asteroid Station Tour - YouTube xenofoxx

NOTE: I'm very sorry for the issue with the audio. It wasn't like this when I recorded it, and I do not know where the interference is coming from. This is a little video tour of our base, tucked away inside of an asteroid. The station was built with a group effort between me and a few of my friends. Taken from an early access game called Space Engineers, it is a crafting survival game set in space. I begin my tour in my ship, the Kitsune Kruiser, doing a fly by of the exterior and landing in our bay area. (when finished it will be a fully functional hanger for other ships) My ship is designed for mining, light exploration, cargo transport, and ship grinding (for easily breaking down large objects). I also have 2 rocket pods installed but haven't armed them yet. And yes, it has fox ears on the ship because....why not. I then leave my ship and fly around, showing our ship-welding station, conveyor system, solar panel array, ore dumping area, and meteor defense turrets. I then fly inside the asteroid to take a look at our refinery processing and assembly area (Yellow Level), as well as our main reactor and storage compartment (Black Level). Finally I fly up to our medical bay area (Blue Level), and finishing in the yet to be finished personnel quarters (Red Level).

Gear Up [Early Access] - Conquest - YouTube xenofoxx

Gear Up is an early access game featuring multi-player tank battles. The game uses a custom engine named Traktor, developed by Doctor Entertainment. I've commented to friends about how the game makes me think of "Team Fortress 2, with tanks". This video shows a little bit of Conquest, which is basically a control point level. Seems interesting, but will be better once you have a server full of players.

Early Access version of Carmageddon Reincarnation. Racing with the Brothers Grimm car. I think the vehicle A.I. needs work for the other cars, but again, it's Early Access. And I love the sound the cows make.

Game Update: 11/20/2015 New game mode, Lawn Mower Derby. This goofy little game mode reminds me of the mini-games that were part of the Flatout series of games. Unknown if this will stay in the game, or if it's just a "toy" thrown into the game to pacify the players who have been waiting all this time.

Gear Up [Early Access] - Arena - YouTube xenofoxx

Gear Up is an early access game featuring multi-player tank battles. The game uses a custom engine named Traktor, developed by Doctor Entertainment. Since the game is still in development, with few players on the server, the developers have introduced bots to help testers simulate battles. This level is an arena with death match style game play. The tank that I'm using has a hover propulsion system rather than tank treads, which allows me to glide from side to side. I'm also using two laser based weapons.

Corona MotorSport - Alpha v2.02 - YouTube xenofoxx

Corona MotorSport is in a very early stage of development. It's more of a prototype currently as the indie developer continues to add features to the game as well as basic bug fixing. This video is me just trying it out, doing a lap around a European road course in an American classic sports car. While a lot of core mechanics are lacking, I see the groundwork in place for a decent racing game in the future. One little thing I found distracting was the sparking effect on the car while driving. I assume this was to simulate the sun reflecting off of the car surface. It wouldn't be as bad if it was less frequent in my opinion. I did have to fiddle around a bit to get my 360 controller to work correctly but no big deal. Nothing to be concerned about for this early in development. So if your wanting a full game NOW, you may want to just add this to your wishlist and wait. But if you're curious to see the progression of this, consider supporting this project. I'll try to publish other videos as major milestones are reached.

Gear Up is an early access game featuring multi-player tank battles. The game uses a custom engine named Traktor, developed by Doctor Entertainment. Another bot fight since the game is still in development and few players are on the server. This level is called The Island and was one of the first levels created for the game. Currently the game supports Death Match, Team Death Match and Conquest (AKA Control Point) modes. Other game modes are planned in the future as well.

Early Access version of Carmageddon Reincarnation. This is a replay of a race. The framerate drops a few times, but I don't think the game is optimized for memory yet. Also I love cars with tail fins. When will they come back in style?
