After playing this battle, I realized, these two ships have met in real life. My ship, the Diana, and the enemy battleships, the Mikasa, fought during the Russo-Japanese war at the Battle of the Yellow Sea. Of course in-game, there was a different outcome, as I was able to deliver the killing blow to the pre-dreadnought. This was a dangerous situation as the Mikasa, while slow, was getting close enough to bring her secondaries to bear. This will easily shred most vessels in the lower tiers. My ship, the Russian Protected Cruiser Diana was a Pallada Class ship, very similar to the Aurora in my last video. However unlike the Aurora, which was upgraded in 1917, Diana has significantly fewer 152mm main guns. As mentioned above, she served during the Russo-Japanese war where she attempted to break through the Japanese blockade of Port Arthur. During World War I she would participate in the Battle of the Gulf of Riga and the Battle of Moon Sound against the German High Seas Fleet. In 1922 the ship was decommissioned and scrapped.
