I have to admit, I love the bi-planes of the lower tiers. Here in a German GA, I get a Thunder achievement, a kill and two assists. In 1934, the RLM (German Ministry of Aviation) requested a design for a low-level ground attack aircraft capable of dive bombing. The Fi 98 was submitted and the Fieseler aircraft company received an order for three prototypes. One of the prototypes was built and underwent trials in 1935. However the project was cancelled in favor of a competitor aircraft, the Henschel He 123. That aircraft would go on to serve in the Spanish Civil War, while the Fieseler Fi 98 was deemed obsolete.
