Similar to my previous video, this is a lobby shot of the 2016 World of Tanks "Convoy Mode" event. The lobby features the special vehicle for the event, but also a tribute to the 100 year anniversary of the Mark I tank, the first tracked armored fighting vehicle of it's kind. As the player pans around the screen, the view transitions between a modern day memorial on a sunny day, to a glimpse of the trench warfare of the past. Mousing over many of the items on the screen, there is also information on the Mark I itself, the Battle of Somme, and some of the earliest tank commanders and crew. The service men being honored include Captain Harold Mortimore, Lieutenant Stuart Hasty, Lieutenant George Macpherson and Private Jacob Glaister.
