World of Warships - Japanese Cruiser Kitakami [Closed Beta] - YouTube xenofoxx

The Kitakami was a heavily modified Kuma Class cruiser for the Imperial Japanese Navy. At one point in her career she was configured as a torpedo cruiser, given 10 launchers with 4 tubes each. This meant she could quickly put 20 to 40 torpedoes in the water in rapid succession. She was going to be used for night time runs and was assigned to CruDiv 9. Later she would have much of this armament removed and become a fast troop transport. As of now, this ship no longer appears in the game. It has been removed and I honestly can see why. On one hand it can be very OP, with the ability to flood the seas with torpedoes. On the other hand, it's a very squishy ship with not-so-great armor and even less impressive main guns. She may return in future versions of the game given her special skill but for now I personally won't miss the Kitakami.
