The Imperial Japanese ship, Tenryu was basically designed to be a step between destroyer class and cruiser class ships. Because of this it shares similarities with both; some could argue it's an over-sized destroyer or a light-sized cruiser. It's design was influenced by the British Arethusa class ships. In this battle, I was able to take cover from a lot of the initial fire by hiding behind an island. Then peeking out to unleash cannons and torpedoes at the enemy. Myself and a few other cruisers tried to flank the enemy with the intention of taking out one of their carriers and her supporting battleship. We achieved our goal but at the cost of my ship when torpedo planes broadsided me.
