In the 1930s the Kriegsmarine (German Navy) made plans for aircraft carriers. The Ar 197 prototype was intended to operate on the carrier "Graf Zeppelin" and her sister ship, "Peter Strasser". This was later changed with the Bf 109T and Me 155. Due to changes in interest, the German carrier program was never fully implemented and the aircraft designed were also abandoned. This battle was after the 1.9.1 update. The previous update introduced bot aircraft which had mixed results among the player base. Some claimed the bots were OP while others insisted they were too dumb to rely on in battle. In this update the number of bots per battle were decreased as a compromise.
