महाराष्ट्र और हरियाणा में चुनाव की घोषणा हो गई है। महाराष्ट्र में 288 विधानसभा सीट और हरियाणा में 90 विधानसभा सीट के लिए एक ही दिन 21 अक्टूबर को चुनाव होंगे जबकि 24 अक्टूबर को मतगणना होगी। दोनों राज्यों में चुनाव की तारीख तय होने के साथ ही इन राज्यों में आदर्श आचार संहिता भी लागू हो गई है।
27 सितंबर को चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी होगी
4 अक्तूबर नामांकन की अंतिम तिथि होगी
7 अक्तूबर तक नामांकन वापस लेने की तारीख।

महाराष्ट्र में 288 विधानसभा सीट हैं जबकि हरियाणा में 90 विधानसभा सीटों पर चुनाव होंगे। हरियाणा में 1.28 करोड़ मतदाता वोट डालेंगे। महाराष्ट्र में 8.9 करोड़ मतदाता वोट डालेंगे।
उम्मीदवारों को क्रिमिनल रिकॉर्ड और संपत्ति की जानकारी के साथ साथ 30 दिन में चुनावी खर्च की जानकारी देनी होगी। साथ ही राजनीतिक दलों से अपील की गई है कि वो प्रचार सामग्री में प्लास्टिक का इस्तेमाल न करें।
